A clear plan before cleaning begins

The packages above help you compare your options. Before you approve work, review the included service, access requirements and total price.

Tell us about your home

Share your system count, approximate home size and equipment locations. Include recent renovations or service history that may affect the visit.

Understand the findings

We explain what needs attention and whether cleaning or separate repair work is appropriate. Ask questions before deciding how to proceed.

Approve the agreed scope

Confirm what is included. Discuss any recommended repairs or optional add-ons and their prices before authorizing them.

Cleaning services for your home

Air ducts, dryer exhaust and chimney flues serve different purposes. Each needs its own assessment rather than an automatic recommendation to clean everything.

Heating and cooling

Air duct cleaning

Our air duct cleaning services address dust and debris in the ductwork and components included in your agreed service. Renovation history, visible buildup or particles coming from supply vents can help guide an inspection. Dust on a register alone does not establish that the entire system needs cleaning.

Laundry care

Dryer vent cleaning

Dryer vent cleaning addresses lint inside the exhaust pathway. Cleaning the lint screen does not clean that whole pathway. If clothes take longer to dry, explain the change when booking. A vent restriction, damaged connection or appliance fault may need different attention.

Fireplace maintenance

Chimney cleaning and care

Arrange chimney cleaning based on the condition of the flue, fireplace and related components. Annual chimney inspection helps determine when cleaning or repairs are needed. We also provide chimney repair and chimney cap installation, with the proposed work explained before you authorize it.

Qualifications you can ask about

Our credentials relate to specific types of work, including ventilation inspection, dryer exhaust service, chimney care, hearth systems and refrigerant handling.

Homeowners’ questions before an appointment

What should I check before choosing a cleaning package?

Review the included components, system count and access requirements. Explain your home’s layout and equipment locations, then confirm the agreed total. Any recommended repair or optional treatment should have its scope and price explained before you authorize it.

Does ductwork need cleaning every two or three years?

A two- or three-year reminder can help you review your ductwork’s condition. It should not automatically trigger another cleaning. The EPA recommends cleaning air ducts as needed, based on conditions and inspection findings rather than a fixed schedule.

Can cleaning fix a damaged vent or chimney?

Cleaning removes buildup within the agreed scope. A damaged duct, vent connection or chimney component may need separate repair work. We explain the findings and proposed options so you can decide what to authorize.

Do I have to book all three cleaning services?

No. Air ducts, dryer exhaust and chimneys have different maintenance needs. Choose the service you need in the booking form. A concern with one system does not automatically mean the others need cleaning. Use Contact support if you need help planning your request.
