Booking Policy
Please review the AirDuct ProCare booking policy before scheduling air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney cleaning, inspection, or other professional services.
Our Goal Is a Clear & Simple Booking Experience
We aim to keep scheduling straightforward, communicate service details clearly, and obtain customer approval before performing additional work outside the originally agreed service.
1. Scheduling an Appointment
Appointments may be requested through our online booking page or with assistance from our support team.
When booking, customers should provide accurate information about the property, requested service, contact details, and any conditions that may affect access to the system.
2. Appointment Confirmation
Submitting a booking request does not necessarily guarantee a specific appointment time until the appointment has been successfully confirmed.
A confirmation may be provided electronically after the booking is submitted. Customers should review the appointment details and notify us promptly if anything needs to be corrected.
3. Technician Arrival
Our technician may contact you approximately 30 minutes before arrival when practical. Please keep the contact number provided during booking available on the scheduled service day.
Arrival times may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, previous appointments, equipment requirements, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
4. Estimates, Pricing & Add-Ons
Pricing is based on the service requested and the information available when the appointment is arranged.
If the technician identifies additional work or a different service requirement after inspecting the system, the options and applicable charges should be explained before additional work is performed.
Optional add-ons are not required unless specifically agreed upon by the customer.
5. Payment
AirDuct ProCare does not require upfront payment for the standard scheduled service unless a different arrangement has been clearly communicated and agreed to in advance.
Customers should be informed of applicable service charges before authorizing additional work. We aim to maintain clear pricing without undisclosed charges.
6. Rescheduling or Cancelling
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as reasonably possible so the appointment slot can be adjusted.
You can use our Contact Support page for assistance with an existing booking.
7. Property & System Access
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas required for the scheduled service.
- HVAC equipment and accessible ductwork
- Dryer and dryer vent connections
- Chimney or fireplace areas when applicable
- Attics, basements, utility areas, or crawl spaces when required
8. Safety & Service Conditions
Our team may delay, modify, or decline work when the service area presents unsafe conditions or when required areas cannot be accessed safely.
Customers should inform us in advance about known hazards, restricted access, construction activity, aggressive pets, or other conditions that may affect the appointment.
9. Service Scope & System Condition
The results of air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney cleaning, sanitization, inspections, and related services can vary depending on the age, design, accessibility, maintenance history, contamination level, and physical condition of the system.
Cleaning services are intended to address accessible buildup and conditions within the agreed scope of work. Cleaning alone does not repair damaged HVAC components, ductwork, dryer systems, chimney structures, or other mechanical defects unless repair work has been specifically agreed upon.
10. Inspections & Recommendations
During a scheduled service, the technician may identify conditions that could benefit from additional cleaning, inspection, maintenance, or professional attention.
Any recommendation should be considered separately from the originally booked service. Customers remain free to accept or decline optional work. You can review our available services on the Services page.
11. Service Documentation & Photos
Before-and-after photographs may be taken when appropriate to document the condition of the system and completed service.
Property-identifying or personally identifiable images should not be used publicly for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Before the appointment, customers should:
- Provide accurate booking and contact information.
- Ensure an authorized adult can provide access when required.
- Provide safe access to areas necessary for the scheduled service.
- Notify us of known system problems or accessibility concerns.
- Review and approve any additional work before it is performed.
13. Acceptance of Booking Policy
By requesting or confirming an appointment with AirDuct ProCare, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review this booking policy and understands that the final service scope may depend on the actual condition and accessibility of the system.
For general service information, please review our Frequently Asked Questions or contact our support team before your appointment.
