3. Cancellations & Refunds

• To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. User Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the service area.
• Remove fragile or personal items from the workspace before our arrival.
• Notify us of any special conditions (e.g., pets, hazards) in advance.

5. Liability & Warranty

• We warrant services will be performed in a professional manner.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues outside the scope of our work.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.
